How our guides are made
Every fare, opening time, eligibility rule, and procedure on this site is recorded together with the official page it came from and the date it was last checked. Guides quote those records rather than retyping numbers, so when an official page changes, every guide that relies on it can be found and updated.
We use AI writing tools to help draft and translate guides. Before a guide goes live, every figure in it is checked automatically against the source it was read from, and a guide that fails that check is not published. Reports from readers are read and answered by a person.
What we do not do
We do not publish any of the following, under any circumstances:
- Figures, times, or procedures without a cited official source.
- Reviews, ratings, or accounts of visits we did not make.
- Content collected from sites that require a login or that disallow crawling.
- A refreshed "last checked" date without an actual re-check.
