Highlights
The short answer
Visitors in Seoul can leave bags at T-Luggage counters inside several subway stations, pay by bag size and reserved time, and, on set routes, have them carried across the city or from Hongik University Station to Incheon Terminal 1/2. You can book online from a phone or register at a counter during its published weekday hours. If you want delivery, confirm the drop-off time for your counter when you book. Prices, hours and windows below were checked against T-Luggage, Seoul Metro and Incheon Airport pages in September and October 2026.

Luggage Storage & Delivery · Lockers · Storage · Delivery
This guide covers T-Luggage, a luggage service in Seoul subway stations. It covers where its counters are, what storage costs by bag size and length of stay, what its city and airport delivery routes cost, and how to book. It is written for visitors who want to walk around Seoul without their cases on a check-out day. Check the booking page on the day, because rates and windows can change.
What is T-Luggage and what can I leave there?
Incheon Airport's luggage page describes the service like this: T-Luggage provides same-day luggage delivery between Seoul subway stations and the airport, booked online at Tluggage.co.kr or registered on site.
T-Luggage's own services page describes its storage locations this way: Storage at major locations including Hongik University (Hongdae), Gimpo Airport and Incheon International Airport.
On what it takes, the same page says: Accepts items from light belongings up to carriers and suitcases.
Bags are priced by size. The services page lists the tiers as: Small, medium, large, extra-large.
The homepage puts the boundaries this way: Storage is sized by tier from small (up to 20 inches) through extra-large (27 inches or bigger), with no stated maximum for the extra-large tier.
If you are unsure which tier a bag falls into, measure it before you book rather than guessing at the counter. For very large or awkward items, see our guide to oversized items in storage.
Where are the T-Luggage counters?
T-Luggage's homepage lists its service locations as follows: T-Luggage service locations include Gimpo Airport, Seoul Station, Myeongdong, Hongik University, Jongno 3-ga, and Jamsil stations.
The branch list on the T-Luggage price page gives a position and weekday opening hours for each counter. Seoul Metro's English page describes some of the same counters slightly differently, so both are shown where they exist.
| Branch | Position (T-Luggage branch list) | Position (Seoul Metro) | Weekday hours (T-Luggage branch list) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seoul Station (서울역) | From Exit 1 towards Exit 2 | The T-luggage counter at Seoul Station (Line 1) is on B1, around exit 1 | 09:00–21:00 |
| Myeongdong Station (명동역) | Inside Myeongdong Station Exits 1, 9, 10 | The T-luggage counter at Myeong-dong station (Line 4) is on B1, around exits 9 and 10 | 09:00–21:00 |
| Hongik University Station (홍대입구역) | Line 2, B1, in the passage connecting to the Airport Railroad | The T-luggage counter at Hongik Univ. station (Line 2) is on B1, around exits 3 and 4 | 09:00–21:00 |
| Gimpo International Airport Station (김포공항역) | Seoul Subway Line 5, B1, towards the international terminal | The T-luggage counter at Gimpo Int'l Airport station (Line 5) is on B1, near the information center | 09:00–21:00 |
| Gangnam Station (강남역) | Between the central gate and Exits 9 and 10 | Not listed in our sources | 09:00–21:00 |
| Jamsil Station | Inside Jamsil Station Exits 3, 4 | Not listed in our sources | 09:00–21:00 |
The hours above are published as weekday hours. Our sources do not give weekend or public-holiday hours for these branches, so check the branch page before a weekend visit.
Separately, the T-Luggage homepage lists weekday counter operating hours of 09:00–22:00 without naming a branch. Our sources do not say how that line relates to the branch hours in the table, so if you plan to arrive near closing time, ring the call centre first.
Jongno 3-ga appears in the homepage's location list, but our sources give no position or hours for a counter there.
At Incheon International Airport (인천국제공항), the airport's own page places the counters as follows: T-Luggage counters are opposite the B check-in counter on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1, and opposite the H check-in counter on the 3rd floor of Terminal 2.
How much does T-Luggage storage cost?
Storage is priced by bag size and by the rental time you reserve. The price page lists four time tiers for each size: a first block, a second block, one day, and a further tier it labels as "day-plus". The block length is set by the billing rule explained in the next section.
| Size | First block | Second block | One day | Day-plus tier (as listed) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small | ₩3,000 | ₩5,000 | ₩6,000 | ₩4,000 |
| Medium | ₩4,000 | ₩6,000 | ₩9,000 | ₩6,000 |
| Large | ₩6,000 | ₩8,000 | ₩12,000 | ₩7,000 |
| Extra-large | ₩8,000 | ₩10,000 | ₩15,000 | ₩9,000 |
The price page gives the day-plus tier without further explanation in our sources. Ask at the counter how a stay longer than one day is charged before you leave a bag for several days.
The T-Luggage homepage separately lists weekday starting rates of ₩3,000 for a small bag and ₩6,000 for a large one, each quoted as based on one billing block of the length described below.
How is storage time billed?
The price page explains billing like this: Charged in 4-hour units of the reserved time; pick up any time between 09:00 and 21:00.
The services page states the same unit: the fee is charged in blocks of 4 hours of the rental time you set when booking. Our sources do not say how collecting later than booked is charged, so book the block that covers your plans and, if you might run late, check on the booking screen how extra time would be charged. The services page gives the storage pick-up window as 09:00–21:00.
How does T-Luggage delivery work and what does it cost?
T-Luggage lists two delivery products with fixed prices by bag size: city delivery between three stations, and airport delivery from Hongik University Station to Incheon Airport.
On city delivery, the price page says: City delivery available at Gimpo Airport Station, Hongik University Station and Gangnam Station.
| Size | City delivery (Gangnam Stn – Gimpo Airport – Hongik Univ. Stn) | Airport delivery (Hongik Univ. Stn to Incheon Airport Terminal 1/2) |
|---|---|---|
| Small | ₩14,000 | ₩18,000 |
| Medium | ₩14,000 | ₩18,000 |
| Large | ₩19,000 | ₩23,000 |
| Extra-large | ₩24,000 | ₩28,000 |
The airport delivery prices in our sources are for the route starting at Hongik University Station and going to Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. We have no airport delivery prices from other branches.
Is the delivery fee fixed or based on distance?
The sources do not agree. The price page shows the fixed amounts in the table above. The services page describes a different basis and marks it as not yet running: Delivery fee is charged by distance moved after storage, billed automatically to the registered payment method; marked as a future service on this page.
Our sources do not reconcile the two, so confirm the amount on the booking screen before you pay.
What time do I need to drop bags off for delivery?
Our sources do not give drop-off times for delivery. The delivery price table above lists routes from Hongik University Station, Gangnam Station and Gimpo Airport Station. Confirm on the booking screen which delivery options and drop-off time apply to your counter before you plan your morning around it.
Our sources do not give a delivery arrival time at the airport or a collection time for delivered bags at the Incheon counters. Build in time at the airport and confirm collection details when you book.
Should I store my bags or have them delivered?
That depends on where your day ends.
- You come back to the same station later the same day. Storage at the counter is enough. Use the storage price table and pick the time tier that covers your plans.
- You are moving between Gangnam, Gimpo Airport and Hongdae. City delivery covers those three stations, so a bag can be sent from one of those counters to another.
- You are flying out of Incheon. Airport delivery runs from the Hongik University Station counter to Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Our sources give prices for this route but no drop-off window or airport arrival time, so confirm timing when you book.
- You would rather take your bags to Incheon yourself. T-Luggage's services page lists Incheon International Airport among its storage locations, and the airport's page places the counters in Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 as described in the counters section above.
- You are flying from Gimpo. The counter at Gimpo Airport Station is on the city delivery route. Our sources do not give delivery arrival times.
Whichever you choose, compare the price for your bag's size tier before you book, as each table above is priced by size.
How do I book T-Luggage?
There are two routes. The airport's luggage page says: Online reservation at Tluggage.co.kr, or registration in person at a counter.
T-Luggage's price page adds: Online reservation from mobile devices at any time.
A practical order for a check-out day:
- Measure each bag and pick its size tier.
- Decide whether you need storage, city delivery or airport delivery, and check the matching price table above.
- Book online at Tluggage.co.kr, or go to the counter during its weekday hours and register there.
- Confirm the drop-off time for your counter on the booking screen.
- Keep the call centre number to hand in case your plans change.
Is my luggage insured, and who do I call?
The services page says: Insurance is provided against accidents during storage or transit; the premium is proportional to storage time.
The price page lists two phone numbers:
- Call centre: 02-6110-2977.
- Emergency line: 1670-4302.
Our sources do not state the call centre's hours or which languages it answers in.
What if I arrive late or the counter is closed?
Our sources do not describe what happens to a delivery booking if you arrive late. If you arrive late, ask the counter staff or the call centre what they can offer that day rather than assuming delivery is still possible.
Our sources do not give locker hours or say which stations have both a counter and lockers. Incheon Airport's page says: Unmanned T-Locker lockers are available within Seoul subway stations, with a total of 332 locations and 5,511 lockers. On payment, it adds: Reserve and pay through the T-Locker app, or pay at the kiosk after visiting the locker (payment channel varies by location).
Seoul Metro notes that T-Locker banks are sized small, middle and big, and the count of each differs by station exit. Because the number of each size differs by exit, see our guide to finding subway stations with lockers before you rely on one for a large case.
For storage options at Seoul Station and Incheon Airport, and for neighbourhood storage across the city, our companion guides go into more detail.
